And once again it becomes clear that the American public can't be trusted to vote on anything. After Ed begged people to vote for his wife to remain and him to be left off. The voters overwhelmingly put Ed into the final round which ended up costing him $150,000. The players new the game and they knew eachoter. Ed knew that his wife has the better chance of winning the $250,000 and she would have it the public hadn't voted her off. Instead, they voted for Ed because he seems like a likable guy. The denyed his wife the chance at winning the 1/4mil and she would have won it if people had done what Ed asked. Luckly Hebba swept up the consolation prize so all was not lost, but if we voted for winners not just likable peopl we would be much better off.

That is the problem with love for something or someone you don't understand. Basically because we like him we did something that we thought was good for him as outsiders, and ignored what he wanted. In the end it cost him $150,000.
