Have you read somebody else's diary?

I know it's total invasion of privacy, but I admit of having read someone else's diary. And I really discovered a lot of the person's dirty secrets because she wrote all of them in detail. Afterwards, I just felt so guilty that I couldn't look at her in the eye after that. How about you? Have you been nosing around some other people's secret belongings such as diaries?

Yeah your right about those person.... I might be that person also.... For what I felt about her is that she has no really intention for me but I am the one and she keep some of her.... So I think, for why she's doing that for me so that I won't be able to fall in-love with her.... But it did not happen that way, the more she's keeping those secrets or keeping information about her the more and always I think about her.... I don't know its love or obsession that I felt for her..... She's always on my mind but all I knew her are only photographs of her and the way she message me..... And when I think of her I felt like I know her a long time ago but its not.... I am so happy and grateful when we are always chatting.... Even she don't tell about other information like where will I send post cards or gifts to her, job of her mom and pop and others.... I think she don't trust me at all or don't want to fall in-love with me..... I told her honestly of who I am already.... She don't want to fall in-love with me coz there are other reason and a greater reason for all of it.... Coz she is so younger than me about 18 yrs of gap.... Shes is a half Chinese half Filipina and I am a full Filipino that looks like a Chinese (lol) hahahhahha..... And about that diary, yeah sure is, that may be bonus for me (but its just a dream)..... But that's not all I want really to her for me.... All I want is just to trust in me, we are 3 yrs a chatting buddy and all are in good conversations.... I already told her I really how much I really in love with her a long time ago.... I don't get answers that she was in love with me also but that's not really important to me..... More important to me is that we are always together although we only a chatting buddy and of course all I wish for her is her trust for me.....

SOME girls that age are still fond of playing games. Not that I'm generalizing that ALL 18-yr-olds do that. And I bet at your age and status you you already want a steady relationship. Well, the way I see it, she is hesitant with a relationship that is founded on anonymity too. You can barely know and trust a person whom you can see face to face, touch, or talk to, how much more someone who is hidden behind an anonymous status? And is refusing to open up to you. She is building a wall between you and her. That's all she's really doing. You can try staying away from her for a while, make her miss you for sometime. That way, you can tell what you really mean to her. If she seems okay without you, you know what? Move on!

are u wishing that she'd written in there that she likes you too? Just a friendly advice. A lot of insincere people are out there in the cyberworld. A person who isn't being transparent about herself aren't making her intentions very clear. It's easy to fall in love with someone who seems mysterious but don't awlays forget to protect yourself.

I read my big sister's diary, when I was a kid.. I was so bored that I put it back and never looked again... I really didn't care to know that she talked to this girl about this guy who likes this other girl who likes the guy who sits with this other girl in math class while cheating on this guy who is the football star that is cheating on another girl just so he can be with ... are you still reading? lol! yeah, I know what you are feeling! I felt the same way reading that stuff! hahaha!

oh i have!!! haha.. it is the most interesting book in the world.. LOL anyway, hmm... I simply found a diary in a pile of old books here in our house and because of curiosity, i looked into it and realized it was from my sister... she wrote everything in detail and with that we knew that she already has a boyfriend... We've had our suspicions (not that she's not allowed to have one), but she kept on denying it... saying "it's not possible" or "I'll have one, you first".. it was when i actually read the diary that i knew about her secret.. but of course i did not tell her i knew anything... i didnt tell anyone in the family, i still gave her the chance to break the news

Oh yes, she should reveal it on her own terms. There really is a risk when you're keeping a diary. That's why I could never update mine. I always have this fear that somebody will read it. So I stopped.

That's why I stopped writing as well. My brothers kept reading my diary and teasing me afterwards. Not good!

I did something like that once, and I don't feel proud about it. I read many things I didn't want to know, so I learned from the experience that sometimes it's better not to know the inner thoughts of others by reading their diaries.

I read my sister's diary when we were grade school age. I didn't feel bad because I either already knew about the things she wrote about or it was something school related and unrelated to me....so...yeah.

I have - once, it was my sister's too..since she doesn't really know where to hide her diary, and i'm quite good at looking for stuff- i read it [it wasn't even locked]...I found some dirty secrets, too and I told our mom about it since it was the right thing..she was a bit pissed, but let it pass..

What a fine way of getting caught but you also breached confidentiality. There is something about diaries that always stirs our curiosity and even if we know it's wrong to read other people's diary, we do them instead.
