Where do you find peace?

I find peace like you in Jesus. He relaxes me and calms me when I need it. I put total trust and reliance in him during all times good or bad.

In meditation? Okey, I find my peace in stretching. It is a way of relaxing AND cleaning my thoughts. So 30 minutes of stretching gives me both: good physical condition and a peace. In heart and my mind.

I find peace when I am in my own home. I feel so calm and I know I am safe when I am at home. Nobody can hurt me here. I am a muslim believer, so I also find peace by praying five times a day. I like being alone because I feel so relaxed and free to do anything without any other people telling me what to do. I am happy and glad that my husband allows me to do whatever I want with the house. I can choose everything to put into my home. The decision is up to me, and my husband really cares about my comfort. Because of this, I feel so blessed and peaceful.
