I know many news channels are showing about this. But what is your view?
I do not understand what type of constituency is this?
Why the person, a terrorist from other country, who has taken so many innocent lives will be defended by lawyer of India? What is your view on this? Any idea is welcome.

Well to be frank i really dont like this idea of a foreign to be defended by an Indian lawyer..as you have told he has killed brutally and has taken away the lifes of many innocent people..he should never be given a lawyer and he should be hanged and he should not be given anything less than that and i think this would be the best intrest of the Nation...happy mylotting...

I think anyone should have a fair chance. There's a saying that, "One is innocent until proven guilty".

I do not want any Indian lawyer to defend the terrorist. Someone said that no one is guilty until proven. What kind of thinking is this? We need to get ourselves out of this slave mentality and start doing things. The whole world saw that Kasab was one of those who was inside the hotel, now what kind of a person would ask for a proof, I fail to understand i.e. of course if he is a pakistani. People should not act like Pakistanis when it comes to internal security of our country

Hello subha12 This is our country India . I think we can make example for our great heart, we are bade dilwale . The person who attacked Mumbai and killed so many innocent people and who was captured by Mumbai police by giving their life, lawyear from our own country will defend him and show that India is a democratic country. If this incidence would have been occured in other country what would have been the fate of attacker . But in our country only trial and trial . I strongly oppose the decision of lawyear who intend to defend such inhuman people.

There is no way and at moments like this the whole thing like judicial process sucks.we all know about the trials in mumbai blasts,it seems to me as giving a lifeline to the criminal.what trial, what proof?sounds simply absurd to me.everything is on camera of so many news channels, his own admission.you know the funniest part of our judiciary, suppose a criminal does a crime and goes to police and confesses his crime and gives a statement, even that is considered as inconclusive evidence by the law.we the public should build an opinion that theres nothing above the nation.the lawyer defending him should be treated on par with him by the public, only then the things will start to change.why shudnt that lawyer be treated as an anti-national?

It is very open that Kasab is involved in Mumbai attack and there is no need to defend him. There is no need to consider any soft corner towards him.

Yes I do believe that this terrorist should be given a fair trial. Even the courts should play fair and give this man the right to defend himself. Otherwise it would be a parody of justice.

I know that everyone has the right to be defended, but if someone is plainly guilty of something without a doubt, they should not be defended.

Under human rights any suspected person should be tried in open court. He is innocent until proven guilty. This applies to a suspected terrorist, to get to the root of his crime. There might be others involved and the court should call all witnesses to testify. The law of the country should be respected and to pass judgment on a suspect without trial is an irksome to the law of a country.
