What's your favorite kind of Mac and Cheese concoction?

My husband likes his mac and cheese with tuna fish and pepperoni. He also like to put in bacon bit and lots of shredded cheese. I know, he's a bit on the strange side.
I like to put hot dog pieces in mine at times, especially if they're the cheesy dogs.

My fiance likes his mac and cheese just simple. He likes his plain, but he does like baked mac and cheese sometimes. We get the boxes from Wal * Mart, and that suffices for him.
Tuna Fish and Pepperoni does sound a bit odd, but I guess it's good. Does he use the more moist bacon bites or the crunchier ones?
Pigs in a blanket and mac and cheese doesn't sound too bad.

He says that he uses Fresh or Real Bacon Bits. I guess you would call those the moist kind.

When I was younger my mother always chopped up hot dogs and put them in the mac n cheese...I have, and still do sometimes put tuna in it. It's almost like a cheesy tuna helper. Some concept - noodles - cheese- tuna.
The pepperoni is one I haven't heard but I think I may try it
