If you could turn back time and change history...

There are quite a number of times when I ask myself "what ifs..." and "what could haves..." and all I get is an empty answer. Perhaps, the decisions we make in life somehow are not really the decisions we would have made had we had more time and exerted more effort into making these decisions. How about you, what part of your life do you have regrets? Or, is there anything in your life now that is making you think about the "what if" situation? DO you think you will ever know the answer to that?

I think about that sometimes... there are so many things i wish i could go back and change.. i wonder how much better my life could be if i had of done this or that.. what would of happened if i would of done that or this instead of that? so many questions and thoughts but i will never know the answer to them because that time is the past and we can only move forward.. i sometimes hate how i think about this stuff because it's like "whats the point?" i can't do anything to change the past..no matter how bad i want too, i can't... how things are today is how they are going to be... the only thing i can do is try to change for tomorrow, to make tomorrow a better day then my past days.

actually it does make perfect sense to just forget about the whole thing. but the problem is, when we do forget, we tend to forget it altogether that when a similar circumstance comes along, we end up making the same mistake. and history does repeats itself....

The past is the past and it can't come back. By the time I finish typing this the beginning of the task will be in the past. Time moves forard and regrets are a total waste of energy. Anythijng that happened in the past can't hurt you again unless you don't learn from it. What if's and if only's are a total waste of time.

Time does move forward and there is no stopping it. This makes the decisions we make in life all the more important. How well we learn from the past will somehow lead us to make better judgment calls if needed, again...
