If you have pick up a lottery and winning the amount worth USD1,000,000.00, what will you do? If I have $1,000,000.00, I will be shocked and puzzle what I am gonna do with this money. Never thought of it before. But if really got that amount of money, I think the best is to invest in property. Get the money to make more money rather than to spend it blindly.
What will you do if you have $1 MILLION?

1 Million Dollars is a lot of cash and if ever I win such amount, I will ask my siblings to go back home from abroad and stay here with me and our parents. It is so hard to live without any siblings with me because I am the only one left alone at home with my parents and I miss my brother and sisters so much. I will furnish a family business as well with that money so that we can make it grow and help other people. If there is some more left, I will give some to my relatives who are not well-off. I will also spend some for my wedding next year, build my own house and buy a new car. I will keep some in the bank or invest to other businesses. I think that the money is wisely spent that way.

HIDE! LOL! You'd have "friends" coming out of the woodwork! No, really, I can phathom having that much money but I would try to keep enough to cover our lives and then share with family and ones I think need assistance. It would be great to be able to give like that and not worry about it!

Half would go to charity immediately. Probably a quarter would go into investments to keep up a flow of income. The remaining quarter would allow me to retire a little early, and my husband and I would travel, explore, and just have a good time! We'd always make sure nobody we care about is in financial trouble, but we wouldn't allow ourselves to be used to slack -- John jr. would love that if he could get away with it! We'd probably sell this house and movesomeplace more private and sort of undeveloped - what a great change from all the Miami congestion!

Knowing me, it wouldn't last long. We have a tendancy to spend our money very quickly.
What I would like to do is first, pay off all my debt and get myself a good credit rating. Second, buy a house, or pay for the house I'm living in and fix it up. Chances are with that much money I'd buy a different house in this area.
Then I'd like to start 6 savings plans. One for each of my children, and one for myself and hubby for our future.
After all that is taken care of, I'd probably go on a very long vacation and visit the areas of the world I've never seen. I'd tour Europe and parts of Asia, and I'd visit many of the states here in the US that I've always wanted to see. I'd probably also spend a bit of time in a tropical area near a gorgeous beach.

I would probably donate a good portion of it to agencies that help people in need. Especially those that help feed and house homeless families. Don't get me wrong, there a few things I'd like too. But I am actually happy at the moment living with enough to get by and having a little extra once in a while to get something I want. I like my life just the way it is.

I'd put in a short cd like a four month one and collect interest of it. Then, with the interest, I'd put a down payment on a house and other necessities and pay some small items I just like. I'd try to save half of more and put that into a cd because in this economy, it would go to fast. One things become more stable with the economy, I'd buy about 10,000 worth of gold.
