Why is there load shedding problem in Nepal?

As you know these days, Nepal is having a load shedding problem. From 2 hours a week, today nepalis have to face a problem where you only get electricity in your houses 14 hours a day, means no electricity for 10 hours. It a lot of pain for those who cook their meals on electricity. Most students don't even get electricity at night so that they can study, most have to study in candle light. Why do you think all of this is happening and what do you think will help to stop this problem and when?
