UK Football League introduce restrictions on foreigners - is this fair?

The Football league has voted to require a minimum of four UK-registered players in each 16 man squad starting next season. Is this fair or discrimination? Will this help develop players for the England national team or reduce the quality of the UK game? What do you think?

i think it is a stupid idea to be honest, i dont think this is going to improve any thing i might it worse. i think it discrimination. its nice seeing different people from countrys playing togeather.
