What is your dream and vision in life?

We've all worked with people who just show up to fill space. Uninspired and stuck going through the motions, they pick up a paycheck on Monday and wait for Friday. Some are just killing time until retirement. Maybe you even find yourself in this mindset. Not a very satisfying way to spend your days is it? Sounds like an easy life--except that in life, retirement can be permanent and unexpected. In your life, are you actively heading straight for your goals, or are you puttering around vaguely? Nothing is wrong with hard work; determination and elbow grease are what make the best dreams possible. But it's interesting that most work makes us look downward, while dreams lift our eyes to the sky. While you're keeping that nose to the grindstone, make sure you keep your head up to see where you're going.

Love the discussion topic. As for me, I have dreams and goals in life but I need to work a plain boring job for a while to save up money to make my dreams a reality. I do love my job, I work in a toy store but it isn't where I want to be in five or ten years. I get annoyed with people who work in a job they hate and then make sure that everyone knows that they hate it. I go to work with a smile on my face everyday and even work over time and help others when they need to switch shifts for a day. I do as much as I can to keep my work interesting so I don't become one of the people that I dislike.

Really Interesting Topics you have put in discussion, Because the same feeling I have to for the people, who just living a life to killing their time, they know how to do a successful work, but don't have a inspiration to work, and if some one inpire or motivate them, they have lots of reasons that why they not working, LOL God knows why are they on earth..

I have a few goals.
1) To provide for my family in the best way I can. Thi sincludes emotionally and monitarily.
2) To produce something that I can be proud of.
3) To retire at a time when I still have lots of energy to pursue my other interests.
I am lucky enough to have a job that gives me # 2 and part of #1. As for number three, I am doing a bit of that now, so that I am already engaged in things for when I retire.
