collection agencies

I wrote to the collection agencies stating I have no obligation to them. They all replied stating they were a third parting and they all have a legal obligation to collect debt. Collection agencies are even putting leans on consumer bank accounts. How is this possible? HELP SOMEONE!!

Collection companies suck, and they buy the accounts from creditors who don't have the time to do the collections, so its not really like they have a legal obligation...the only obligation they have it to make themselves money, its all a crock of sh!t!
