Recipes for Cuban food

I'm looking for recipes to some really outstanding Cuban dishes. I myself am cuban and have made many dishes, but I'm looking to explore some new recipes. I make ropa vieja, arroz con pollo, picadillo, ajiaco, quimbonbo and tamales. I getting tired though of making these same recipes. If anyone out there has some truly good and tested recipes, please post them. Anxiously awaiting some delicious responses.

I have no idea about it..i am from india and i use to hear about the dish in cuba but not had till date sure looking forward to have some and i will inform the result of it soon..take care..bye
