LCD or CRT?..

For me, LCD is the best... only if you can afford.

crt is a yesterday's technology already. lcd has less radiation, takes up less space, uses less power and it looks cooler :) previously there was concern about slow refresh rate for lcd when playing games or watching fast moving action movies but now lcd can have 2ms refresh rate which makes it as good as crt's refresh rate.

Of course I prefer to have a LCD. As it's thinner and it doesn't have to use up a large room. Besides, it saves the electricity and it won't be very hot after turning on for a long time. I think the trend will be LCD in the future. I love China

If at all possible go with LCD because it has been my experience that the LCD monitor will by far outlast the life of any CRT that you might buy. And while you were buying that 2nd and maybe 3rd CRT monitor you would also paying for all that extra electricity it takes to run CRTs. If you get the CRT you will also have the problem and possible expense of how to dispose of it when it has to be replaced. At least with a LCD monitor you shouldn't be faced with the disposal problem as often.

well i would say if you want to take care of your eyes then go for lcd and if you are having short of budjet then go for crt and it is very cheap now a days

I like LCD but I have CRT. I will change it to LCD as soon as I get moeny in my hand.
