Do you have Road Rage

I never used to get road rage, but now it's becoming more and more common for me. Yes, mainly with slow drivers. I also hate it when they don't keep their speed. Obviously they aren't using cruise when they go up 10 mph then down 15 mph on the same road. It drives me insane. And when slow drivers go in the fast lane on freeways! People are lucky my horn doesn't work haha.

sure do have road rage. i think is a very smart idea to have it too.

I wouldn't really say that I have a road rage but there is just ONE thing that really gets at me. I absolutely abhor it when someone overtakes me because "I'm driving too slow for them" but then when they get in front of me, they began to drive slower than I do. At this point, I become really frustrated so I switch lanes and speed away. I guess that's how I control it lol.

Jeez,I was about to ask that question myself:)))) Yes,I do get road rage and it's a piece of work. However,sometimes slow guys or anybody else have their reasons. For example,my usual speed on a highway is 80. But there are certain parts of freeway where 55 is enforced and a quite a few friends of mine got pulled over there. So I always make sure I slow down there and there is always some annoyed guy in a big truck tailgating me. I would just love to turn around and say" Dude, I love to drive fast but I know better now" etc. When I'm behind somebody slow I just change lanes or grind my teeth and take it if I have to. Yeah,it's frustrating but it's not liked I have to drive from New York to Cali behind that car. When I have to drive slow(for a reason) and somebody keeps pushing me,I just slow down even more. Have a story for you-I was stick at an intersection ia the middle of 5 pm traffic and that um... lady stuck her nose in front of my car. Without a blinker or any right of way! So I pulled closer,so did she. After a while I decided she was not worth scratching my car and let her in. The most hilarious and ironic thing happened a moment later-I look at the back of her car,wishing some bad things and I see a bumper sticker saying"..Church of Christ". Now that was christian!..:D

I am the world's worst for road rage. I get behind slow pokes and I'm cussing the whole way. I get a stupid reckless driver pull out in front of me and I'm going off. I almost get hit by some other driver and I'm going off. People don't get out of my way fast enough and I'm cussing again. I hate driving in a city. I am not very happy about slow moving traffic. And I don't like it when a driver runs you off the road and still almost hits you, then gets out of his car and cusses you out.. I actually had that happen to me.......

I do get road rage sometimes, but I don't go crazy like some people. I really hate when people will pass me at the last second then cut in front of me to make a turn, right in front of me. They couldn't wait another 30 seconds? I also don't like people that tailgate. That really annoys me.

No but the person who drives me somewhere has road rage. It hasn't gone out of control yet.

Mine is not actually road rage, but i do feel annoyed when people drive recklessly, especialy the people infront of me! ITS TRUE THAT ppl has their own sense of justice to fit their own need, but cmon, its not really fair when you drive crazy and make others life harder. I agree with u man. i hope the reckless driver reads this post!

I get annoyed but I don't get full out road rage. I just say whatever I'm thinking in the privacy of my own car and I get around the idiot as quickly as I can.

I tell myself that I don't have road rage, but whenever someone does something stupid in front of me or whatever, I always start calling them names..lol. I can't stand it when someone cuts me off, or they tailgate me, and when they go around me, they get right in front of me and drive slow. I don't like it when people don't use their signals, or they put it on right when they are turning. I guess by calling them names helps me to control it, at least I don't try to get back at them.

I don't have road rage I don't think but I have to admit that I have been known to give the middle finger from time to time. I have experienced road rage myself so am less likely to gesture with the middle finger as quickly as I used to. I experienced on a really foggy morning on my way to work. I guess this guy didn't like that I was ahead of him when we were exiting the highway. He tried to run me off the road about 4 times before he sped off. I just couldn't believe it. I was lucky I did not slide down the cliff from the wet pavement.

Maybe he was intoxicated and trying not to get pulled over or worse wreck if he was really messed up, Or maybe he was just trying to make you mad on purpose you never know about people these days. I definatly have road rage...but only when someone does something blatenly rude or unessacery that endangers me,my family in the car, or other passengers on the road. But I must admit if I were you I would probably have gotten pizzed off and tail-gate him or blow the horn for him to get the F out of the way lol, I think you handeled the situation very well and probably way better then alot of people could have:-) ,Hope you have a great night tonniek02 happy mylotting ooo---oo-Bo

I don't know if I'm into road rage but I can honestly say that I have indulged in bike rage if that makes any sense! I'm a regular cyclist and there have been times when I have been caught up at the traffic lights and there would be some chap revving his engine, I mean there's just no need for that. I know a lot of cyclists tend to rush through the red traffic light; I don't do that, ever! Anyway, I can understand what you are saying, I think! When you are behind the wheel it's very hard when you notice other road users not following the rules. I guess some good music would help when behind the wheel, something relaxing. Happy Christmas. i have road rage .i can accept that some driver keep kluxon noise in china . another thing driving me crazy is that some driver use strong light to notify me when we meet each other at night! when those thing happen i always get angry and want to blame sb.sometimes i shout and sometimes i just get silient totally like a dull pig!

I hate to admit it, but yes, it does. But what I hate even worse is when I clearly have the right of way and someone cuts me off. I end up honking at them. I know, I know, I should just let it slide, but it really gets to me sometimes. My husband did something even worse once. He was riding his motorcycle behind a slow poke. When he passed this driver he gave the driver the finger and was cursing at him, but as he passed him he found out the driver was a friend of the family! Boy was my husband embarrassed! LOL Good thing this guy is a nice guy! It could have gotten ugly if it had been anyone else!

I get frustrated...or used to when I lived where there actually was traffic...but if there's nothing you can do, there's nothing you can do. I ended up with a headache for an entire evening once because I got so stressed out over traffic. That's when I realized that I couldn't let other people have that kind of control over my life. After that, if I found myself behind a slow poke with no way out or was stuck in a traffic jam for no apparent reason, I found something to listen to on the radio that I liked, thought about something pleasant or just drove. Life's too short so don't stress the small stuff.

i dont drive often, i tend to be more active like walking and biking, but when i do, people scare the POO out of me. I literally freak out.

I can't say that I have road rage, but I do find it annoying when other people are not driving to my standards. I hate it when people do not go the speed limit. I normally like to go 5 miles over the speed limit, so it doesn't bother me when people do follow the speed limit. What does bother me is when people are going 20 miles below the speed limit on the highway. I also hate when people don't use their turn signals. I know to maintain a safe distance when following a car, but when you are driving down the road, and someone decides that they need to quickly slow down and turn without a signal, I find it particularly annoying. I guess that there are bad drivers everywhere, so we should just get used to it, but I wish people could at least do the speed limit lol.
