When was the last time you've watch movies in the cinema? Mine was last July and the movie was "The Chronicles of Narnia". It was the first movie we've watched with my husband. Since then, I have never been into cinema since he is in abroad.
How about you? When was the last 'NOw showing" night you've seen?

I watch movies almost every weekend - there were a few weekends this summer where there were no new ones that I was interested in. The last movie I saw was The Day the Earth Stood Still and before that, Milk.
I am waiting impatiently for The Day the Earth Stood Still in IMAX, the supersized screen movie theater. It's a totally different experience from the usual movie places. There are definitely less cell phone inconsiderates there - there's always at least one in regular theaters. Probably because it costs $15 for one adult for the mainstream movies.
But it is worth it every once in a while.

Naw - I only go to matinees that are cheaper. There is a discount one that I use to see movies I don't know if I would like or not - their showings are only $3.50 a pop. I never go to the higher priced evening shows. With all the disrespectful people around, it is not worth the premium price.

The last movie we've watched in the cinema is "Bolt". Last Sunday, my kids and hubby would want to watch "the day the earth stood still" but I just did not agree coz we have a lot of things to do. Maybe if we still some spare funds on weekend, we're going to watch it (I hope)

Its been a while maybe two years.Since they increase ticket prices and the availability of movies ,my interest in going to the cinema has diminished.I now prefer to watch the movies on my computer in the confines of my home .Granted you wont get the surround sound but you may improve the ambience if you have a good home entertainment system.

My family and I have been to the cheapie theater several times in the last few months to see some of the kid's movies like Kungfu Panda, Wallee, Space Chimps, Prince Caspian, and Kit Kitridge. As a couple we have seen Batman and Fireproof. Next week we plan to take the boys to see Tale of Despereaux, but as a couple we will probably wait until May to see another movie.

The last movie I watched in a cinema was High School Musical 3 to accompany my tween daughter. Before that I was able to watch Prince Caspian and it was indeed a very good movie. I was planning to watch the Dark Knight (I'm a batman fan) in cinemas but I don't have anybody to go with so I thought that will be of no fun.
