Mail fraud question.

can any mail in your name be held if someone files mail fraud against you?

Hi vanonas it could be possible in smaller levels, like among friends and own groups. But for this to happen on higher level its not easy. The IP address could easily be traced and who has sent it would come out. I can easily open one account on your name and send it to someone's boy friend telling some nasty hings. And he would be gullible to that. But I CANNOT do a fraud in larger level like this. The Internet protocol would definitely trace me.

Not Email fraud. mail fraud like mailboxes and stuff.
