my neighbour always turn the heaviest music , how to deal with this?

I have had that problem, too. We have neighbors here, a young couple, who like to play music so loud, it reverberates all over the compound. There was one time when they did it because they were having a party, so I endured that. However, there was one time when it was just an ordinary day, their music was unbearably loud, so I went to their house, and asked them, very politely and civilly, to turn it down. They did it. Maybe you can do that, and bring along another family member if you're not comfortable about going alone, just be very polite with them. Maybe they are really not fully aware of the discomfort they are giving their neighbors. Happy mylotting!

Hello celebratelifeh. It is so bad to have such a neighbour living in the same building with you. I have not had this problem with my neighbours, who are nice. I think that I will surely go and tell him or her to turn down the volume big enough so that they themselves can hear without bothering the others from resting. I wish you good luck in his sense of having already bothered the others with their loud music.
