hey...making friends is a wonderful things to do...no matter where.. by phone..or by net..or real life.. i love making friends... bcz to me ..everyone is an unique book.. .once i know someone...meets that i will have another chance to learn new things from her/him very exciting..isn't it? while...as we say..good man and bad man do exist in the world at the same time so we should protect ourselves well....when we are making friends hehe and..maybe ur friend doesn't have any bad intention..she just wanna know u.. bcz she thought u are some smart boy or..she appreciate ur personality.. that's it.. don't make things complex.. hehe best wishes

Making friends online can be very good. You just have to be cautious because anybody can represent themselves any way they want online.

Yes I suppose making friends online is good, and possibly great. The thing is that... Making friends online can also be dangerous.. You never know who that person actually is and that person could cause harm to you if you aren't careful.

i am a bit cautious when it comes to making friends online.because,from my experience,online friends tend to project a completely different personality than what they actually are.

I absolutely love it! Let's just say that my social interaction on the physical side is a little bit quiet! I have quite a few good friends online and I have even gone so far as to meeting one of them. I live in London and she lives in the US. She flew over and spent a few days with me. It was nice to see her for the first time and we had been corresponding for quite a while so it really felt as though we had known each other for a long time! I still keep in touch with her to date. You have to be cautious obviously when it comes to making online friends as, with anything, there's always the potential to come across a real weirdo, myself not included! No I don't really like making friends online because the chances of seeing them in real life are probably slim to none. The internet has a lot of fake stuff on it and I don't even know if some of the people on the internet are real or not. I like talking face to face instead of talking on the computer because then you can make sure that they understand what you are saying and your words don't get misinterpreted.

Yea of course I like. We don't know about each other but we can share everything. Sometimes don't have anyone talk with me and no one understand me, and I can express my feeling to my net friend. She is willing to listen and understand me. We don't know about each other and I know she won't hurt me. That's an advantage of having a net friend..=)

Yes, making friends online should be great. It's hard to befriend with those who comes from outside our country, even outside our state. However, as now we can easily online, we can make friends even we don't know each other. The best thing is we can share something together.

ya i also thinks that,u know i hv also met an incident like this one while i was chatting on yahoo,a girl who knows me very well started chatting with me,my interest had also aroused in her,i asked about her age she said "i m 17" i was quite happy at that moment coz she told me that she also belongs to my city.i was in highschool that year. i asked that in which class she studies she said "she is in 11th" my had broken down coz she was elder than me but when she asked me about my standard i said "i m in in 12th" and after that we bid farewell to each other. the next day i went to my school the girl ishika(my dreamlover) came to me and said that u r a liar! i was confused and dont know what to do. she said "u told me that u r in 12th" i said ohh my god she was the same girl to whom i hv chatted last night. after that we hv become good frnds and after one year i hv proposed her and she accepted my proposal and now she my girlfriend..

hello rowe As a matter of fact i do. You see I accept the greater chance of people hiding up their identity & being unfaithful over internet than a real world friend. But internet is the only place where you can find people of every corner of the world. I think thats good coz internet is the only way to make friends to other people from different places in the world.. I love to have many friends online eventhough i dont know them as long as they are kind and no bad intention thats okie with me..why not, the more the merrier.. MAny advantages in making friends online, they can help you a lot to your problems and etc..

well friendship is always a good thing..only thing make sure that you are handling it safe.. otherwise if it is offline friendship also it will turn out to be unsuccessful.. hi rowe, i love making friends I would LOVE to meet people on here. I think it would be fun to pick a centrally located place. Have lunch or dinner together and some drinks and just get to know the people who we all talk to on here and make friends with.. but so long the person dont think it can lead to more than friendship.
