Pop Up Ads. Any of them legit?

I am referring to the pop up ads that say enter your information and win a_______. I wonder if anyone has ever actually won anything from ads like that. I used to fall for them back when I first got online, in like 99. Now I don't even bother. But, maybe, there is someone out there who has won something from them?
