Life of a kid in Care Centre

My freind he has akid of three years old and his wife is working.Morning they leave the kid in care centre and in he evening they take the kid home.After coming from care centre the kid will have food and sleep.They leave the kid in care center and they doesn't care regarding the kid. The kid really wants to spend the time with their parents and they don't have time to spend.In this situation they are earning money for sake of kid ,even then he is not happy. What will u do if u r the parent?

I never understood how in a situation like this, both parents would choose to work at the same time. I think it would make sense and save money, if one parent worked their normal time and another parent switched or tried to get a job for like a night shift. I guess this is ok, if they're fine with it.

Whatever u said is right.I agree with u .If they choose to shift their work mother goes for morning shift and faher goes for night and this will work out to some exent.If mother goes in the morning shift after coming home she will take rest leaving the kid alone in home and father goes in the evening shif and he gets tired, no time to spend with kid.Again the situation repeats. What u r openion on this?
