will u do if ur manager ask u to stayback finish up the work or any urgent matter?

It really depends. If you have a very urgent to attend to they I can't stay back. I don't want that urgent matter to slip away. It all depends on how you manage your time. You can control your time. You don't need to argue to your boss. You just need to explain to your boss that you can't really go with your boss' request.:)

With the economy as bad as it is, and if I still had a job, yes, I would stay to finish up work if my boss requested that I stay or if I knew that it was urgent. I used to always ask when something was due and, if I needed to stay late in order to finish, I did.

For me it's okay to stay back to finish up the work.
It's because I'm still single and I think this is the
time for me to work hard and to show to my boss
that I'm willing to do anything for the company.
By doing this I believe that we can get better increment, bonus and adjustment.
