Google Adsense On Sites That Review PTC?

Well heres what I want to know as I've searched the help files on adsense and browsed a couple of sites and blogs. Basically I see sites that have PTC all over them yet they still have adsense ads running as well. Is that against the TOS? Here is what I've found it the TOS you can't have ADs on sites with: Content regarding programs which compensate users for clicking ads or offers, performing searches, surfing websites, or reading emails. Now I took that as I can't talk about PTC sites and have adsense ads on my blog. Yet I see people's blogs here and else where with both ptc sites and adsense ads. So basically can anyone clear this up for me? Have you been disabled for talking about PTC? Have you been paided with PTC? Not looking for assumptions as that will just confuse me even more. I don't want to lose out on adsense as I hear they are the best and its coming from a huge company such as google.
