Important-IE Security Flaw- Stop using it ASAP

Did anyone of you receive this mail. I received this forwarded mail by one of my friend. Here is its content: IE has a major security flaw and attacks via IE browser, will allow hackers to obtain password information or place malicious content into websites etc. until IE comes with a patch. Please delete all passwords from IE history or saved passwords section if you have them saved. Do not use IE, especially not for paypal, CC etc. Pls download opera or Firefox. If you have to use IE, please turn the security to high in the internet options, which will not be much help though.
