I am not loyal to anybody. I am loyal only to myself.

Probably you want to ask if am i a loyal lover...I can be a one man woman or loyal to my man. However, I cannot definitely say if that is forever loyal to my man. Humans are humans..Temptations come and go. If loyalty means, to stay and remain with your present partner, then I consider myself loyal. But, it would be a different word if the question is "Are you a faithful lover"...lol
