Yes, it is, whether the rest of the world likes it or not. Is it THE superpower? That is debatable.

Not at all US is devastating all the countries which are emerging as super power and could be dangerous to US in Future. If you keep a frame and record in front of you then you can see what US did is wrong and just tried to prove its power all the time to the World.
