I have used many anti-virus softwares. The one which i started with was the the norton. It was the best at that time but as the time proceeded there were some viruses which it wasnt able to detect and treat. So i changed my anti-virus to the AVG Antivirus.I used it for some time and again the same problem of detection and treating occured, then again i got a new one.It was the Kaspersky antivirus software. I think it is the best.
So ..what All antiviruses did u use...and which one are u using now.???

There are loads of different antivirus products on the market and some you have to pay for but I would recommend a very good product which is also free. It's the AVG 8.0 free version of antivirus software. I have been studying computer maintenance and installation and the author that I have been reading recommends this product. Check her out, her name is Jean Andrews and she has over thirty years experience in the field. Here's the site: http://free.avg.com Good luck. Andrew

I have used bitdefender 7.2 for a few years. It was really good when it was released. I believe it was the best antivirus ever in those days, but as the technology advances so fast, things get old by time. That antivirus software was also one of the most precious softwares for me but it got old after a few years and now it doesn't give the best performance when compared to others.
When it comes to my current antivirus, it is kaspersky. I think this one is also good but I would like to give a try to the new versions of bitdefender. I just don't know how the new versions of bitdefender are, if they are still very good I might start using it again.
I think having a built in firewall is a really important feature.. For this reason, even standart kaspersky is not enough to keep your computer safe, but kaspersky internet security would do a better job for you.
