I was so relieved when my son came home today for christmas holidays,no more school for two weeks. He was almost in tears and tired. He has worked so hard at school just recently to get his grades up so he can take Alevels next september. He has already taken quite a few gcse's ,he started when he was twelve and will finish at the age of fifteen.I think it is all to much to expect these young kids to have so much stress at such a young age and they expect so much of them. What do you ssy am I just fussing.but I have stayed up with him till midnight, while he was doing course work and home work,Some nights he never got home from school till six oclock having had extra lessons after school, normally he came home at four,he would get home at six and have his tea then work till midnight.I take my hat off to him dedication to doing well at school is almost too much.Do your kids work like this.Feel the strain like my son ?

I took my last exam Monday. I was really stressed out from studying and worrying because I thought I was going to flunk. I didn't get any sleep, I was tired. My face started breaking out because I was so worried. I ended up passing everything though, so I can finally relax now.

I'm still going to school and yesterday was the last day before holidays. If it wasn't the last week, we would have all freaked out. Tons of exams, tons of homework...we started to look like zombies, not having time to sleep and eat. It's so stressful and tiring. After some time you just can't do it anymore, so without holiday who knows what could have happened...
