A suggestion to prove if Occupex has turned scam but feedbacks is needed

Hi MyLottians, Amid the news that Occupex has not been paying and the admin is not responding to the emails. I thought of an assumption that may be tested to see if the admin is still monitoring the site. However, I need feedbacks for members of Occupex to see if this is feasible. I have done some advertising a PTC site before and I have noted that my ads requires the manual approval of admin before it could be put onto the site. I wouldn't if this is the same case as of Occupex. If the approval is manually done by the admin then any approval given for the past few weeks may suggest that Occupex admin is still "alive" and earning from advertisers. Since the admin has not be acting according to the payment policy, it would be a reason to name it a scam. I have noted that there are about 5 new ads available for clicking in Decembers so if there are anyone who have been advertising on Occupex, please feedback now. I hope that we can make it clear whether Occupex is a scam and if it is, the only way to take action is for all MyLottians to post in every forum that Occupex is not paying the members.
