when is the better time to take exercise everyday?

hi,mylotters! i like to take exercise and mostly i will go a jog everyday but usually in the evening..because i just feel uncomfortable and more sleepy when i did it in the morning..i wonder whether i take exercise in a proper time or not... so whats your opinion? when do u usually take exercise?

I've heard that exercising in the morning can help invigorate you and get you going. In the long run, it depends on what works for you. Some people will exercise in the mornings, while others will exercise in the afternoon or evening.

i do not do ecericise everyday, but according the scientist's report, the best time to take exercise is the 14:00 p.m. . this time, is the clearnest in the day, and do exercise at this moment can help you away from tired, and refreash you. but i always do exercise in the evening, it is the only time for me to do so. a nice day.

really? haha..i've never thought 14pm is the best time for taking exercise. could u explain it of specific reasons to me? u know, that's the time when i feel the most sleepy..lol

In the past I also took some exercises at night before I went to sleep. Now I don't have a specific time to do exercises. Since I think I have done enough exercises everyday because I go to work and go home on foot. It is about half an hour on foot so the exercises time will be proper. I won't feel so tired after that. I love China

Well, I exercise after about and hour and a half after I take my breakfast (or brunch if I wake up late ). I seem to be more energetic when I do my workouts since I just ate and I needed the boost in metabolism after the exercise. I usually do that with my aerobics and sometimes jogging. As for the weight lifting, I tend to do it whenever I'm free. It's kinda hard to make a schedule since my work hours are not constant. Take care. Happy Holidays!

If you are going for weight loss then apparently the best time is first thing in the morning. Whilst sleeping your body should have used up much of the ready energy stored in your muscles, and if you exercise before breakfast then you should be burning fat within a short period of time. However, I tend to struggle with this as I love to sleep, and generally when I wake up I role out of bed into my clothes and out of the door to work. The best advice for exercise is whenever you can fit it in, but try to avoid it straight after a heavy meal.

I think whatever time will result in you actually doing the exercise, but this is coming from a currently unmotivated exerciser lol so anytime your motived to actually do it is a good time hahaha but seriously I think the best time depends on where exercising. Whether it be a hot or cold place you'll want to wait until the temp is an addiquate for exercising without overheating or being too cold. You'll also want to refrain from exercising right before bed, as the adrenaline will interfere with getting to bed. Other then that, I really don't think it matters. As long as your exercising and exercising safely your good to go. So go ahead and enjoy those evening runs, just make sure your not doing it to close to bedtime! thanx for the topic, hope my answer helps

I exercise in the morning, day and night lol I think i prefer exercising in the morning if i am going for a jog because if i do it at night my legs and stuff are already kind of tried from walking all day and stuff.. but it depends on what kind of exercise i am doing.. sometimes i prefer the day... i don't really care for night though.. come night time i am just ready to relax. i don't think there is a better time to exercise.. just whenever you feel like it is the best time to do it...

I'm so not a morning person so I usually work out after work. I take my work out clothes with me so I don't have to go home. If I go home I'll never want to go back out, but I found that if I'm already out that it's not so hard to do one more errand (working out) I think the best time to exercise is whenever you enjoy it most, because than you'll keep it up. If you go when you feel you have to, you'll start making an excuses to not go! Just make sure not to work out right before it's time to go to sleep, and you should be fine!

Hi! I usually do my exercise in the morning!I believed it perks up my adrenalin to do a lot of things the whole day.When my kids leave for school,it's either I go to the gym for my usual aerobics lessons which feels good because we are in a group but there are times I just exercise at home when certain circumstances would not permit me to go out.I think it's best to do my exercises in the morning because I likethe smell of fresh air.

i think the best time to exercise in a day is in the morning. early morning is the best time to do your exercise. as there is not much noise and it peacefull early in the morning. and also in the morning there is not much pollution compared to the evenings. so for me its early mornings exercise. you will be able to concentrate much more in the morning than in the evenings as your are free from all other works and tension. happy mylotting!!!

I always feel great when I exercise in the morning but I like to sleep way too much and I've always had a difficult time getting up early. I usually exercise in the evening but wish that I was disciplined enough to get up early and get it over with.

I usually never exercise in the morning.Sleep is very important and i need it lol i exercise after lunch, i go out for a jog. then right before dinner i lift weights. it doesn't really matter when you exercise. it's good that you do it at night because you heart rate is high so when you sleep you burn more calories!:D

the better time to take excercise everyday is early evening before having dinner or late in the morning after breakfast. It will you to be energetic and full of life the whole day. Exercise is good for the body, it helps to reduce fats and weights.

At first I think morning is the most fitting time for outside exercise because the air is the best in a day in which there is much traffic. But I can not get up so early and I give up the exercise in the morning. Recently I feel tired after a whole day staying before a computer. I find it is helpful to relax myself if I do some exercises indoor after work. So I'll advise that do outside exercises in the morning and do indoor exercises after work late of the day.

I would say that early in the morning about 6.30am - 7am would be best as this is the time when the air is cleaner and fresher with more oxygen. But, if you are a working adult with a day-job, then i guess exercising in the evening would be the next best option.

I think the best time to do exercise should always be 30 minutes after your meals. Because exercise helps you digest faster. Since you just finish your meal, it won't transfer into fat if you move more after mealtime.

hai,this is a very new useful discussion to participate. having awareness about health does look good. exercise is useful in many ways. it can be done at both times depending upon the availability of time. but in the morning we can start freshly after a boring and hard time to get up early. but that fetyches alot when compared with evening exercises. hope u follow this...........
