do u go for yearly check up?

well i havent try to go for a check up but next year ive been planning to make a body check up so i will know if im healty or not. i would like to check those parts of my body who is affected some disease so i can prevent and make some cure.

It is very important to go to your annual checkups! I did't used to think they were so important, but several years ago I got some abnormal results on a regular lab test... turned out I had the latest stages of pre-term cancer... they were able to remove the cells just in time - saving me from going through treatment and full-blown cancer diagnosis! This year's exam turned up a mass in my chest tissue... I used to think I 'knew my body' pretty well... now I'm just thankful for doctors and will never miss, or even be late for my annual exam!!!

I'm supposed to go for yearly checkups; but I procrastinate - keep postponing year after year. I finally went for my checkup this year after 3 years of postponement. So my next one (supposed to be next year), will most probably take place in another 3 years' time!

I don't. I am one of those people who put off going to the doctor as long as possible. I have not seen a doctor in over a year and then the only reason I went was to get some medicine for an ear infection and a sinus infection.
