Invest or start free online to make money?

How many of you would invest money first to try your luck on making money online? Or would you rather start free to see earnings before thinking of investing? I will try starting free as in my website, what's your take?

Start with something free, then move towards investing.

start to make money from free... make a blog... and invest to buy domain name and good hosting :D

I may tell you that I do not risk my hard earned money in any earning sites online. I am very skiptical. Why invest if you can still earn extra income online without investing a single penny? so keep it up.

I invested money before I make money online. But, I did make a lot of money through my blog. I bought my own hosting and domain to host my blog, but then I earned back what I had paid within 6months. I'm still earning monthly now. IF you interest to learn it, do let me know ya! =)
