Buxinstant first payment - Verification of account

I joined Buxinstant over a month back. Reached the first payout limit of $3.5. Submitted a request for payment which was accepted and enlisted for payment on 22.12.2008. But before that the account needs to be verified by depositing $1.50 (refundable) to AlertPay. Could not deposit the same through the link provided by buxinstant as the minimum amount acceptable is $2.00. Tried independently by logging in AlertPay. Does not work out as the site on feeding email address as pay@buxinstant.com takes me to something like bux.bg instead of Buxinstant.com. I assume both are different. Fearing that amount may land up somewhere else. No help forthcoming from support/forum at the site of buxinstant. Anybody having experience on this may please come forward to help me.
