Which Media would you say you mainly use?

Funny enough, artists tell you that they have tried all the medias there are. But which one do you like to work with most? ... and why? some come up with a straight answer ..... pencil, pen & ink, wash (which they mean water color), acrylics or oils. Others don't seem to really know. What about you? Which of the above you like to work with most?

Well I'm not a particularly good artist I just do it as a hobby and sometimes sell stuff at conventions and stalls and things. Well I use,pencil,acrylics,permanent markers,acetates, card,glue,femo,clay,super glue,water based glue,varnish and very occasionally water colours.

And you say your not an artist? .... I don't use all that material and actually I wouldn't know how to either. Never mind having anything for sale or selling at conventions. I think you are an artist and do not know it. Congrats. Well done.

Well I'm not a professional artist, so I don't know much about all the different tools. I can't say which ones I prefer, I can only tell the ones I used so far: pencils and acrylics. I like to draw much more than to paint, so yeah I like to use pencils more. And I tend to draw more in black & white, so I leave them plain.

Well, to prefer drawing in pencil more than any other medium, shows that you are ready to accept certain artistic discipline. That's a good sign. Well done!

Pencil is my thing. I can spend several hours on a single sketch. I go for as much detail as I can get in one. The longer it take the more I enjoy doing it. Art

Me It is just like them a pencil, a pen for inking but I use color pencil because that is the only color that I know how to use funny thou but that is the truth... sometime I draw digitally, so thats why I dont need a pencil, a pen and a color pencil I will just do it in adobe but Im still not good at that...
