Are we allowed to post links while starting discussions? please help guys

Yes we are allow to put link to a discussion as long it is related to your discussion which give more information to the responder.You can also add picture to the discussion if you like to add some earnings. Only those referral links i think is forbiden here. Good luck and keep on posting

I am a new user, this would also be a question I would like to be answered. Looking at the myLot code there is no hyperlink option. If you paste a URL like http://www.mylot.com, will it be marked up as a hyperlink?

No problem and you can place any other web site URL link on your discussion, especially related to your discussion to make it a quality discussion. In fact much better to do that way to elaborate your point of discussion and to avoid plagiarism. The only restriction matter is you cannot place any affiliate money making links similar to myLot, this practice violates myLot discussion guideline and your discussion might be deleted later on. Once your posted discussion deleted, the worst consequences that would be is the whole set of your posted responses also deleted and definitely they lose their no. of postings as well as earnings on their respective response.
