cows milk are not good for dogs?..

hi dog lovers!.. our puppy just died last night.. :( i just want to share this with you coz' i want to know the reason why?.. is it maybe because we gave it cows milk?. coz' jst after a few hours we gave him that, he died.. :( can anyone explain to me?..

Wow, Im sorry for your loss...I do not know if that was the exact reason, but i do know that cows milk is no good for dogs.

Cows milk should not have killed him. I do believe that like cats, dogs are lactose intolerant.

So sorry to hear about your loss of you puppy. Cows milk wouldn't have killed him. We live on a farm and we have 2 puppies and some Cats and kittens in the barn and after we milk the cows they all hurry for the last remaining bit! LOL I would guess and say something else was going on because I have never known of cows milk to kill a domestic animal.
