How do you know if he or she is the one for you?

The best indicator is a quiet sense of calm knowledge that s/he is the right one, without any of the giddy adolescent attraction stuff interfering. When you know, you just know. That's all.

I don't know because I have not been able to find the one that is for me. I am still looking though.

hi shiloh! well for me, the right one was determine after much prayer. and well, you know, it took us some time, more than 7 years to get married, because we were still being molded by God to become the persons that He wanted us to become. anyway, you will know. there are several indicators--God's speaking in your heart, God's speaking through other people (like elders, etc), and then circumstances. everything has to be right. however, it doesn't mean that if there are problems, he is not the one for you. because sometimes, problems are just the weapons of the enemy so that God's will could not be done in your life. ask God for discernment. and who knows that your soulmate is jsut around the corner? take care shiloh and God bless you! merry christmas! :-)

you will know it in your heart if he or she is the one for you.....the existence of true love is truly meaningful.......he maybe the ugliest,naughtiest,bad of all the men or the women but if your love is true and you fully accepts him or her for who he or she is then you know that he or she is the right one for you.....

I think drannhh pretty much says it for me. There is that calmness that you feel when you're around that person. BUT I also enjoy that giddiness that just happens when I know Boyfriend is at the door.

hmm first thing u need to know if u r attracted to the person .. and then get to know the person... and slowly fall in love.. wen u cannot live without him/her and cannot bear to be seperate from him/her.. u got the person that is for u.....

hi.... As of my experience,i had a boyfriend before and we've been together for almost 4years,i thought he is the one for me,because we have so many plans of having family and even our family know both sides.. But as the day goes by,i finally realized that i dont like him to be my partner for the rest of my life.. he has this attitude that i can explained,, i am like a battered girlfriend,because he used to hurt me physically eveytime we have a problem.. I really love him at that time but if i will always think of that love i may not be happy as i am right now.. im already married,and i can say that im inlove with my husband right now because he's different with other guy that i've met before.. So there's no such thing that will let you know if he/she is the one right for you. Only God knows..........
