hi, guys! i've read surprising news about the harm of cellphone radiation. The FCC issues the ranking of global cellphone radiation, although there aren't enough proofs to show the radiation could lead brain sicken, the harm is obvious, as for how harmful level is, its difficult for us when we use it. One Russian Website KP make an experiment" mobile phone cook the egg", through the call of a cellphone to cook the egg, first choose one egg in the chinaware(be easy to conduct heat), then put two phones on both sides of the egg, then begin to communicate,in the first 15 minutes, the egg seems no apparent change, when 25 mins later, subtle change is coming, the eggshell become hot,40 minutes later, the surface of egg become more harder, when the experimenter knock out the egg by hand, finding the egg white is solid, but the vitellus is liquid-solid,65 minutes later, all the experiment is over, the experimenter find the egg is fully cooked..
when u call and chat by ur cellphone, think about your brain..do u dare to use ur cell phone to chat for a long time?

I read some reports about the harm that prolonged use of cellphone can have on the body before. Although cellphone companies have denied these reports and said that these reports are based on unsubstatiated studies, I am still not convinced that prolonged use of cellphones are 100% harmless. It is still better to use cellphones only for a few minutes.

Actually I don't pay attention to the radiation. As a matter of fact, there are various kinds of radiations in the world and we live with them every day. But I don't use my cellphone to chat for a long time. The telephone bill will be much more expensive. I prefer to have a short talk. And I also like to contact by software like MSN or email.

I usually use mine for no longer than 4 or 5 minutes at a time, a few times a day, then a 15 minute-or-so chat later in the evening, the last call I will be on for the night.
There are sometimes though, when I talk to people who like to talk on the phone, and it can be as long as an hour. That is more rare, maybe a couple of times a month. I hope my head fends better than the egg. :(

This seems to be kind of crazy I have used my cell phone forever it seems and sometimes I talk on it for hours on end and I still have nothing wrong with me and I dont seem to think that I ever will because I use a cell phone. I mean if that is the case than why wouldn't using a cordless phone at home do the same thing. I think in everything that we do there will always be a risk or experiment that will start to worry everyone. But I will not have any problems using my cell because of this information.
My thoughts are that my head and an egg have nothing in common and therefore what a cellphone does to an egg and what it could do to my head are totally different. No one really knows.

Radiation from cellphone is a big issue. Even the physical vibration is harmful to ears. Back in work days, receiving telephone calls hurt my right ear. So it is better not talk too long over the phone, especially the cell phone.

i strongly agree that handphone should not be used for too long, just take for example, after talking for 10 min, you will discover that your HP is hot and your ear feel a liitle pain.

I went to Web Md to find out if this was true, and it seems that it is up in the air, it might be the same as those studies done on mice that were bombarded with radiation for twenty four hours or constantly - of course they will loose their hair, etc. It is the same with cellphones, if you use it constantly that little radiation will be cumulative, but unless you are rich, and are not afraid of losing your voice, you will not use it that much.
However we have to find out if this is true, if people do get brain cancer from those countries where cell phones have been used the longest and where the rates are the cheapest. So if there are some people in India, or wherever who have used cell phones for maybe twenty years and they are starting to have headaches, tumors in the brain, those are the ones who will tell whether this is real or not.

It is interesting what you shared. I think this question of harmful effects of radiation posed by cellphones has been debated for many years now ever since cellphones were invented, but what I can say is that it is not in the interest of cellphone makers to come out saying that such radiations emitted are dangerous to one's health. How potentially dangerous it will be to humans exposed to such radiations over long periods will probably not be fully known and proven until a generation or two has passed, maybe not even in our lifetimes. I worry for kids who are exposed to such radiations from young. By the time they are in their 40s or 50s, they might have exposure to such radiations for 20 or 30 years, and who knows what ill-effects might be brought on by all these.
I too use a cellphone, but fortunately for me, I don't use it a lot to be overly concerned about radiation. Most of the time I hardly talk more than five or ten minutes at a stretch. I am usually more concerned about large cellphone usage bills than the harmful effects of using cellphones, and that keeps my usage well under control.

thanks so much of sharing that. i have been talking with my fiance for a long time mostly every night and i notice the my mobile really gets hot with that note will a headset help alleviate this concern? would you know? or the effect will lessen since you do not place the mobile near the brain? this is a very helpful info that you have shared. thanks a lot.

I had read it before too.It can to me in an email. The experiment was conducted and the pics were send via e-mail. If i chat for longer than 20 minutes on my phone I can feel the ear get hot moreover if I continue to use it for longer than that then I suffer headache which causes irritation. I have stopped using my cell phone for chatting for longer times now. Thanks for sharing this info.

I don't talk on the phone that much, and I have heard about this before.
I also heard that for men, having a phone in your pocket, something to do with the radiation and things, lowers your sperm count. Not sure if that is just a myth or not but I though I heard it on the news.

The main use of my cell phone is just for text messaging. I don't really like calling someone or vice versa and it's partly because of this issue.
I've read somewhere that listening to your phone using your right ear causes more damage than by using your left ear. However, I don't know the explanation to this.

wow that is realyl interesting...did it come on the news or did you read it somewhere on the internet itself?
btu whatever it might be it sure is scary....
well the good news is that i harldy speak on the phone as all my friends know i hate talking ont eh phone so i use it mostly for the internet and for texting.....
the only time i speak on the phone is with my bf and my dad or mom if its direly necessary....
otherwise if anyone else calls me i wouldnt bother to pick my cell....
and by now everyone who knows me knows this too that i do not pick up calls unless its very necessary so they send me a message first telling me that its important or not and then i take the call.... :P
but this thing is really freaky...
it actually cooks up an egg in 65 mins.....
i cant or rather dont really want to think of what would be happening to my brain....

Hey kunking nice to see your post after a long time..well to be frank i really dont care about these things since there's only one life to enjoy and i surely will enjoy that life..i use only branded mobile which are really upto the standards of international quality and i think the radiations in these phones would not be such that in local made phones and if anything such like that is happenings i dont care about that...happy mylotting....

That's really interesting... I've been using cell phone for 20 years & I haven't had any health problems, other than the ones caused by obvious reasons... I had few car accidents, got hit on the head with baseball bat & metal pipe, 2 different times, broken my wrist bone & shoulder bone, had a chronic headaches, had it since 12 which is 6 years before I got my first cell phone... And since the first day I got my cell phone, the day after my 18th birthday, rarely I used my cell phone less than an hour a day... At times 2 hours at a time... I got my first "digital" cell phone over 10 years ago & I've been using cell phone as my only means of phones & again, I've been using my phone for hours a day and more so than not, close to if not over, an hour at a time... But to this day, other than a bit over weight & smoking issues, I don't really have any other serious health problems... I wonder why?

yeah , you so rigth , friend , do not use your phone for a lone time , the radiation is very serious , im so lucky that i have seen that report , indeed very serious , awful WoW ````
we can try to send the more phone massages to replace the phone chat , well , the large power in the phone just get through the moment , so the radiation is also more at that time , we can avoid it ``
Merry Christmas ````
