Should Children Have BB Guns?

Hello Friends, I have a very important question that is terring me apart. As you all know Christmas is coming up and I just looked at my13 yr olds computer and found a wishlist typed out. One thing he wanted was a Crossman bb x some type of gun i can not pronounse But i am not sure if I should get it for him or not. Please respond X-MAS is in FIVE DAYS!!!!!!
