I have a doubt about neobux?

Hello guys i am working with neobux a paid to click site, when i visited the neobux homepage it was given that all members of neobux whether standard member or premium member get 0.02$ per ad click. Then after signed up and started clicking adds i found out that i am earning only 0.01$ per ad click......... Why they have given that all members get 0.02$ for each click in the home page? Is neobux trying to cheat us? I am really frustrated by this guys please help.........
