PTCs anyone?..

Ive been reading their forums, their forum members love the sites, they have been paying and all the people was happy. Actually ive seen some payment problems, the payment takes too much (around 3 - 4 months) to be success, the admins are trying to solve the problem, maibe it's not the best time to join these sites but don't seem to be scam sites.
