Ahhh I had chicken fried rice today. I like fried rice alot and non-veg is also my favorite.

Well whatever you guys have, just make sure that it is not heavy to digest. One must have a light dinner for good health. Afterall our stomach is not a grinder !

Tonight is Mole chicken night. We serve it with white rice and pinto beans. My kids love this meal and always ask for seconds.
