Canceled shows

I read online recently that three new network shows that I've started to like have been canceled. They are Pushing Daisies, My Own Worst Enemy and Lipstick Jungle. I am really disappointed in the networks, since I have really developed a fondness for these shows, especially Pushing Daisies. Although it was in its second season, I think that Pushing Daisies really wasn't given a fair chance because during the first season, it was interrupted a lot on its regular night. It could have developed a much stronger following if the audience knew when to expect it to be on. I have read that ABC will air the rest of the episodes which have already been done, but that no new shows will be taped. Which shows that you enjoy have been given the axe? How long were they on? Do you really feel that the network gave the show(s) a fair chance?
