Maybe somebody it's interested in this yummmy cake recipe. Ingredients: 1 pkg Oreo cookies divided 1/4cup butter melted 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup sour cream 4 eggs 4 pkg philadelphia cream 1 cup sugar Preheat oven to 325 F,place 30 cookies in resealable plastic bag, flatten bag to remove excess air and seal bag. Crush cookies with rolling pin . Place crumbs in medium bowl,add butter and mix well,than press onto bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan Method of preparation: Beat cream cheese,sugar and vanilla in a large bowel of electric mixer on medium speed, add sour cream , eggs, one at at time. Chop 15 cookies . Stir 1-1/2 cups of the chopped cookies into cheesecake batter. Pour over crust and sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies.Bake 45 minutes,cool and refrigerate 3 houres.
