Hey,
I also sometimes get a headache when I sit in front of the computer. Here are some tips that you could take into account. If you can, try and turn the brightness down on your computer, that will cause less eye strain and most probably not cause you to have a headache. This is what I have done and it has worked for me rather well. Another think you can try and to is to drink plenty of water. I don't know how but when we sit in front of the computer we tend to get dehydrated because we just sit and do nothing else. Lastly, get up for about 5 minutes once every hour as this will help your blood circulate a lot easier and you won't get as tired as you normall do. Hope these tips will help you!

I have noticed a slight headache and I sit so close to the screen as well. My eyes feel very tired at times but I wouldn't give up my computer for the world! I guess I should take a break from time to time but My Lot is just so addictive and I absolutely love it here. Andrew

I think I don't have trouble like that. What happen if I experience it?

Yes, sometimes I get headache, eyesore and backpain due to long hours of sitting in front of my laptops.
So, here some of the things I do when facing this problem:
-Wash my face.
-Walk for at least 5 minutes.
-Look at other things when using my laptop in interval of 15 minutes for at least 5 seconds.
-Close my eyes for at least 5 minutes.
-Do some light exercise.
Hope it will work out for you too.
Goodluck!

yeah, I get that too.
I used to be able to work in front of the screen for hours on end, when I was younger), but it pains me now. Here's what I did;
1) replaced my monitors with LCDs
2) I stand up every hour, just to take my eyes away from the screen, then come back after a few mins.
3) I put some indoor plants on my place of work, looking at greens do help.
Thanks, happy lottin.
