Woke Up With a Headache

:( So this morning I woke up at 11 with a headache. It's late I know, but I was catching up with high school friends last night until 2 in the morning. No alcohol involved so I don't know why I have a headache STILL! Argh..
Does anyone else know what could cause this? I took 2 Tylenols already.

Sometimes I get this because the way I was resting my neck during sleep (angle position.) It causes the blood to flow one way and once you wake up the blood comes back to flow causing that slight dizziness.
I'm no MD but that's what I presume. They usually go away after an hour or two.

i have tha too but i guess in my case it from the cold weather.
