I am a CDN woman Pregnant and my husband is in Spain With NO VISA to my country!

How did that happen? If you dont mind me asking. Were you in Spain as well and then went to Canada? Well, I am not sure how the Canadian government works but I am an American citizen. My husband is from India. He was not a citizen when I met him but he was here on a visa. After we had our first child almost five years ago his visa expired. We filed for his citizenship shortly before the baby was born. We now have two children. We just had our second one four months ago. We are still fighting for him to get his citizenship. We have spent a lot of time and money fighting for this as it is very important. I hope that it is easier in Canada. I know the stress you must be going through especially with a baby on the way.
