Yeah you need foods like, broccoli, asparagus, sprouts, celery, cabbage, lettuce, beets, carrots, green peppers,all that good vegetable stuff.
You want to avoid, meat, dairy products and processed foods.
You can make a drink with a juicer, beets dont sound good , but it tastes alright. Trust me after drinking a few glasses you'll have to take a sh*t and it cleans out all that sh*t literally thats been building up from eating junk food (if thats what you have eaten in the past)
You can pretty much make any kind of vegetable juice you want, it goes right through your system and cleans it out. Dont add sugar , if possible I know it tastes better but you should avoid sugars on a detox diet.
