If my discussions are removed due to violation of rules,shall I lose my earnings? will they block my profile?

hello there... well, yes... they do deduct your earnings if they remove or deleted your discussions or comments... i'm not sure about blocking the profile but if you really violated the rules, then you will be banned from mylot... make sure you read the rules before you post....

yes they definitely deduct your money if you post something against their rules.be assure that you are not posting anything wrong.You should not paste your referral link or promote something that is against mylot.They also decrease your rank.Try to post good quality responses.
