Have you ever had money wiped from your account by a PTC site?

I am seriously annoyed with ThinkBux as they have wiped $2.26 out of my account. This happened when they changed the system on the 8th of December. They posted this message as though that somehow makes it all right. * 08.12.08 We are working at ThinkBux RELOAD. All balances went to ZERO now. We saved all payment requests! Referral replacing is now full working and instant! It costs $0.1 / 1 changed ref. We have saved all payment requests, and now we are paying INSTANTLY! I have not used the site since as I wonder is there any point or will they just wipe the money again when I get halfway to payout. They said that any payment requests were saved but that was only people who had more than $5 and knew it was coming and were able to request a payment. I wonder how many others lost their money. Has this happened to you. Have you had all your earnings just wiped because they changed their systems?

my account was also reloaded to zero and i am a premium member with about 82 referrals there . i don't know how i am going to be payed after that admin ran out with the money . none of my referrals are active these days and replacing them is also a great job . because replacing them it is saying that error you cannot replace this referral and i am losing 10 cents for replacing a referral and today i have replaced 3 referrals. i am waiting for the payout after the balances have been cleared . i have made a payout three days and still my payout is pending .the admin has assured that he will pay with in 24 hours but now 72 hours have gone and my payment is still in payment audit

That sounds worse than I thought. Maybe they really do not have any money to pay people and on their way to collapsing like so many others have done. The more I hear about it the more I think I should just quit and forget about them. They just do not seem to be worth it. To spend all that time only to have the site crash or disappear or wipe the money. I was on another site that just vanished and never came back. That was VIPBux.

I can understand that. I am thinking of doing the same. I have never given them any money and I have no intention of doing so now that I know they cannot be trusted.

yes, the same happened to me too. i have about 4 plus and now i must start from scratch. i lost my referrals too as all of them are no longer active when they changed admin about 2 months ago as the site was in a limbo. Now the admin reload the site and want to start afresh but i dun know how long that will last. I saw some members investing in the sites but as long as most of us dun invest i dun think the site would be able to make payment for long and will run out of money within 2 months

Is it worth starting all over again? How do you know that they will not start and do it all again in a few months.

Well mine still lists the number of links I have read but the money is only from the reload. The rest of it just vanished without trace. I doubt there is any point in complaining. It just seems like a scam to me.

Hi, The same happened to my account also but I suppose that they will credit our balances back once the problem is resolved.

skaaaks is correct you will not get your money back. All the people who had not requested money lost everything and that is not fair and I have not been back since because they might do it again. What's the point. It is a waste of my time and I think it is a scam if they can just wipe out your money like that.
