I use windows xp in both my home and my working. In the place where I work most people use windows xp, the other is have to use vista, because at the present time, when we buy the famouw band computer, the seller will give the vista to you, you have to use it. I know linux, but I don't use it, now I try to learn unix, do you know that?

You should say Linux is much like Unix. Unix is not like Linux. Linux was developed out of Unix. Unix is the base or say ancestor of all the modern OSes that you see today including Windows. It doesn't mean new OSes where built around Unix but many OSes have taken features from Unix.

I'm currently using xp. windows xp has the most programs available right now but vista is getting some really great ones. And in a couple of years programmers will be making programs for vista only. xp would be just like windows 98 and stuff. Hardly anyone uses them. So if you have vista then lucky you because that's the new baby in the family and it's gonna get a lot of attention.

Hello shine!
I am using Windows Vista in my desktop computer at home. It's the OS installed when I bought it a couple of weeks ago. To tell you the truth, I am just new to Vista and still wondering around how to use it. I am still considering of switching to Windows XP because Windows Vista is not stable as I have read it in tech blogs.
In the office, I use Windows XP. I am more used to using Windows XP since I have used it since college.

I'm using XP Service Pack 3 right now. It's fresh from the box. Windows 7 BETA is out. It's much more RAM efficient than VISTA.

I have not used 2000 but I have used XP,Vista and Linux till now.Maybe I would try one version of Unix later, for example,Solaris or BSD.Mac OS is a kind of Unix too actually. But I think at current time it is Linux that suits me best.I am using Ubuntu Linux. It is a linux with ease of use and beautiful GUI.Very cool,actually..I do not think Vista would be the mainstream.Windows 7 is not released yet...I am especially buoyant about the future of Linux.

I am using windows Vista. My other computer has Windows XP, but I don't use that one much anymore. For all of the negative things I have heard about Vista I don't have any complaints. It does everything I need it to do. Plus I have learned a few new things.
